- 2 lbs lean beef top round or sirloin tip, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp red chili flakes optional
In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, soy sauce, garlic, black pepper, onion powder, smoked paprika, and red chili flakes.
Place the beef slices in a large ziplock bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the meat. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
