- 2 lbs lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon liquid smoke optional
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional
Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix the ground beef with soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, liquid smoke (if using), garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Ensure the mixture is well combined.
